Cold Spring Design, LLC is located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Our primary focus is structural engineering design services using the highest applicable standards. Cold Spring Design offers its clients cost effective designs while presenting multiple options to complement their respective design needs. Our services include, but are not limited to: complete structural design of buildings; evaluation, restoration, and rehabilitation design of existing buildings; building code analysis and component design. We have an expertise in wood, concrete, steel, and masonry, as well as more specialized building materials such as composite laminated wood, cold-formed metals, aluminum, stainless steel, fiber, and stone. With today’s changing needs and materials, we stay current with the technological advances and engineering trends. Our experience ranges from commercial and municipal to residential and historic building rehabilitation.

In October of 2007, Cold Spring Design purchased an old building dating from 1890, located at 222 South  Main Street in Fort Atkinson. We have completed the interior demolition and renovation of the lower level, which now serves as the Cold Spring Design office.
